The key software component of the ‘Think & Respond On the Spot’ program ‘Professional Communication Simulator’ is one of the four learning software innovative products selected for showcasing at IEEE Sponsored International Conference of Technology for Education 2018 held at IIT Chennai during December 10 to 14.

Over two hundred and forty students of Florida Institute of Technology (Business, Humanities & Communication) had undergone the TROTS program from 2018 Nov-Dec.86% of the participants sent the feedback saying that the TROTS program especially the thinking techniques and simulator are the best part of the TROTS program

Espoir Technologies, the parent company of ‘Think & Respond On the Spot’ has signed an Memorandum of Understanding with Indian Telephone Industries (ITI), a Govt of India Undertaking for inclusion of Espoir software in their recently introduced ‘Smash PCs”. ITI will use the Interview/Viva Lab Software Suit for training Engineering & Science students in line with the Skilling India project.

The key faculty members and head of the departments of various engineering branches witnessed the usage of Interview/Viva lab involving Interview Simulator and Trainer for all branches of Engineering.

According to the Forbes 2019 report, Rice University is above five ivy league universities in rankings. No wonder thirty-six freshmen from Rice University decided to opt for TROTS program as they realised that the skill of “speaking on the spot under pressure” is the most sought after skill every recruiter is looking for. Besides this, many students, especially from Asian countries said that smart speaking leads to smart thinking.
