Er. John has amassed 35 years of substantial hands-on experience with esteemed international brands in heavy earth-moving, mining, and road-building machinery. He has engineered and developed EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) and EMF (Electromagnetic Field) compatible kits tailored for construction and materials handling equipment utilized in aluminium smelters and potlines. Additionally, John has produced interactive technical manuals for missile-launching trucks and served as a senior consultant for warehouse automation systems and intralogistics solutions on a global scale. John has developed cutting-edge fleet management and telematics systems tailored for delicate environments, including ceramic plants, airport ground handling equipment, and flight catering operations. He began his journey as a Senior Plant Engineer at  AFCONS PAULING JV, contributing to World Bank Highway Projects, before progressing to managerial roles at LARSEN & TOUBRO LTD. His career took him to important key management positions with multinational companies both in India and internationally. leveraging his expertise and diverse global experience from traveling to 32 countries to successfully establish profit-driven divisions for companies in India and Abroad , John gained extensive international technical experience and founded his company in collaboration with Germany's STILL, focusing on intralogistics solutions in India from his base in Chennai. His clientele includes prestigious names like Ford, BMW, Daimler, Audi, Skoda, VW, Michelin, and Liebherr, among others. As he makes the shift from technocrat to academic consultant, John recognizes the importance of merging industry insights with academic excellence to foster the development of hands-on professionals in India
